What is the name of this 90's, Europe, war movie?

I can't remember much, but this is what i can remember:
-it's a 90's movie, set in Europe, world war II (i think)
-it's about two guys (teens, or in their 20's...friends) and a
girl...and for some reason they live together in a house, and some
weird friendship/relation is formed between them
